IMPACT
AWARDS
The Impact Awards program recognizes employees from all positions, departments, and locations for their contributions to making Carpenter Technology a great place to work. Teams are encouraged to apply by completing the online form on this site during the submission period.
Deadlines
The submission period opens Monday, March 16 and closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12. No submissions will be accepted after June 12. Get your submissions in early!
The Judging Process
The Executive Team will review project submissions by category.
Submissions that are missing content, including the required video, will be eliminated from consideration.
REMINDER: The video submitted must be an original video made by you and/or your team about your specific project and must not exceed 1 minute :30 seconds in length, MAX. Any videos exceeding the maximum length will need to be re-done and re-submitted before the submission deadline.
Three finalists in each category will be selected and submitted to the CEO for his selection of the winner.
If you are selected as a finalist, you may be asked to revise/edit your video prior to the Impact Awards event to ensure it is polished and appropriate for a broad audience.
Project Sponsors
Each team will be asked to identify by name a Project Sponsor when submitting a project(s) for consideration for an Impact Award.
Project Sponsors will partner with teams to develop comprehensive submissions, ensuring that submissions include all relevant information the judges should have to understand the full breadth of the project and why it is deserving of an Impact Award.
All submissions must have approval from a Project Sponsor before they are submitted. Click on the category below to find a sponsor.
